Certificación TIF 40 Certificación TIF 596

The Federally Inspected Plant (TIF) Certification guarantees through a Federal Inspector that the plant is operated under optimal conditions of hygiene, quality and food safety.

The facilities, equipment, waste management, and sanitation procedures must meet very strict criteria and adhere to international standards so the risk of food poisoning is reduced to a minimum.

Certificación HACCP

The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) certifications ensures the compliance to international standards for food safety management systems through an in-depth assessment of risks and the definition of control points designed to prevent or react to contingencies to deliver safe and healthy food.

These Control Systems provide the required tools to prevent situations that could endanger the food safety and the required guidelines to deal with this situations, should they occur, quickly and efficiently.

Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, whose primary function is to set quality standards for food products, oversees commercial markets, and the sale of food, besides undertaking projects about the recovery and improvement of land.

"Good Manufacture Practices and Food Safety Systems Audit", is the audit of the food safety systems such as HACCP and its prerequisites: Food safety practices, quality control records, good manufacturing practices, pest control, cleaning and sanitizing procedures; traceability and product recovery. Also the condition of the facilities and equipment of the plant is audited, all to ensure the safety of various meat products we produce.

GANADERIA REVUELTA received the audit at its plant TIF 40 in April 2014.

The Good Manufacturing Practices

The Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are constituted like regulations of obligatory character in a great amount of countries; they look for to avoid the presence of risks of physical, chemical and biological nature during the process of food manufacture, that could result in affectations to the health of the consumer.

SAGARPA certified us as a by meeting the following criteria:

- Cattle herd are free of tuberculosis and brucellosis
- Free of Clenbuterol

Certificación Mexico Calidad Suprema

The Mexico Calidad Suprema Seal certifies quality, sanitation and food safety of agricultural products.

In order to achieve this seal specific controls must be met in all of it's production processes, lining up to the Official Mexican Standards (NOM) and ensuring the best hygiene conditions are met to avoid any chance of food poisoning.
